Premier Inn Lisburn

Fab hotel. Lovely spotless room, friendly welcoming staff, lovely food and convenient location to get around.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Premier Inn while visiting friends close by. We arrived quite late after having an issue with our hire car and was really nice to receive a lovely welcome by the receptionist. During the trip on the way over, our sons tooth fell out and we didn't have any change for the tooth fairy. My husband asked at reception if anywhere was open and as it was Easter Sunday was told that all shops were closed. My husband explained to the receptionist, James, of the reason, and he saved the day by generously giving his last bit of change, which we are so thankful for as my son was so excited that the tooth fairy was coming to Ireland! The room was spacious and clean and every day each member of staff were all really friendly and made our stay wonderful. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to staying again soon.

Staff are great, location and parking are just what I needed but the new Premier Plus rooms don’t have a desk. Not clear when booking and not good when you check in early, pay the fee, to do some work. Staff are great and offered table from meeting room but for a very business oriented mid week hotel, not sure I’ll be back sadly. Perfect for a leisure stay.

The reason I choose the Holiday Inn is because I know what I will get and I get what I expect. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet and parking is always available.

Arrived on the 9th July to my room which was like a building site, asked for a new room then found blood on the sheets asked for a third room and the room was better but lots of dampness and the state of the mattress was an absolute joke will not be back to this hotel standard was very poor considering it was the premier inn.

We stay here at least 8 times a year. The reason we go back is that the hotel is perfect for us. The price, the service, the food and now the beautiful refurbished rooms. I would definitely say the rooms rate higher than 3* especially the new Premier Plus rooms which are a little more upgraded.

I travel alot for work and stay at premier inns all over the country. Was very pleasantly surprised with the new rooms. Check in was quick and friendly. Had dinner in the adjoining restaurant which was nice. No complaints will definitely stay again.

I stay here at least once a month for a couple of weeks or longer, the staff are amazing, Sarah and gillian I have got to know over the last 6 months and they are excellent with any help needed. The hotel has just had a refurb and it's awesome, making you feel very relaxed and refreshed, it's a great location right by the M1 so you can pretty much get anywhere with ease

Myself and my family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family who live close by. We have stayed before and were very impressed with the newly refurbished rooms! Very comfortable stay. Staff brilliant as always. They always go the extra mile.
