環境：參觀完金華的九泄潭影視基地後因為時間還早，二，第二天要趕往温州文成，所以選擇繼續趕路，然後搜了一個兩地當中的酒店住一晚，正好是麗水市中心的這家酒店。
設施：是那種老式的歐式風格。早餐是在頂樓的旋轉餐廳用的，環境很好。
衞生：衞生在可見範圍內也相當不錯。
服務：自助早餐的種類也比較豐富，酒店的性價比非常高。比前一天晚上住的蘭溪市裡的三星老牌藍江大廈還便宜，但是住的吃的用的都更好。

像是20年以上的老酒店，房間過於陳舊，地毯也不乾淨，房間有異味，隔音太差，晚上外面動響聲太大，影響睡眠，果斷放棄連住2晚，早餐在14層樓頂，旋轉餐廳。
