Premier Inn Liskeard

Furniture in the restaurant was tatty and dirty, room was very tired and the bath was very slippery with no grab handles

We stayed here for 3 nights in March to attend a family funeral nearby. Having travelled from the north of England after a long tedious journey we had a great welcome from reception and despite a blip in the location of our pre booked room we we were given another room which reception dealt with swiftly and professionally. Over the 3 days we stayed all the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.we booked a premier plus room which was well worth the extra touches including fridge and upgraded bathroom . We would highly recommend anyone to stay here if in this area .

Comfortable room. Clean room and ensuite bathroom. No mobile phone reception in the room. As an 81 year old, my mobile is my lifeline in the event of accident/emergency, especially as house phones are no longer provided innthe rooms. The hotel must take this up with the service providers.

Hotel was good, told us that we could request for the room to be clean instead of someone coming in like most places which was good for privacy. The pub next door has amazing food, and was so convenient.

I had a really lovely stay, the staff was very welcoming and so friendly throughout my stay, my room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfy. I booked a premier plus room and It was so nice, the stay was just amazing no faults at all I will be definitely staying again.

Staff looked after me ,and treated me like a 5 star vip after my flooding in my house even allowing me to use the washing machine for my clothes , could not thank them enough team Liskeard 100% the best.i hope all hotels will take after these guys.

A comfortable, quiet stay with a comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Convenient location. Service in the restaurant and bar was very slow in the evening. Breakfast was good but I would have preferred if vegetarian sausages were available on the buffet without asking and if decaffeinated coffee was in the machine.

The hotel was great easy access to where I needed to visit family. Good in pub in evening was great run out of few things. But breakfast was the worst I had at this particular premier inn. Would visit hotel again as it was very close to family I was seeing.
