Very very good staff, very clean too. Little bit worn in places. Location is good for my visit but no amenities around for food or drink.

The front desk lead was very helpful in providing menus for delivery service..I ordered a deep dish pizza from Rosati's! Delicious! The front desk lead was friendly and professional, she also remembered my name the next day at check out.

It was the cheaper hotel option, and it showed. Nothing fantastic. Not the cleaniest. There wasn't any staff in the lobby to assist with questions. Overall, it was just ok.

I was not given any room there they said they don't have any room .when will I get my money back.they told it will be refunded in 4 days.this is really bad no money no room

Extremely clean. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Fridge and furnace unit very loud. Could have used one more blanket. Something resembling a night light for those of us who have trouble seeing in the dark.

Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Maintenance was fixing windows at 6pm on Friday night, going room to room. Outdated.

Amazing hotel! Staff was really sweet. Super safe area. Room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean.
