民宿裝修蠻好的、到達民宿很暖和、地暖很給力！因為朋友一直有點高反如果住的很冷高反更嚴重！所以一定要住地暖➕製氧好的！熱水也很給力！前台小姐姐很熱情、幫忙提行李到房間！本來準備次日就出發不在理塘待了、民宿很棒又續住了一天！周邊配套設施全、咖啡店啥的都很全～周邊還有個拍照很漂亮的地方、去那邊打了卡！

設施：還可以 就是廁所門鎖壞了最好修一下
衞生：很好，乾淨的，就是沙發是白的，上面有污點，可能也無法避免吧
環境：裝潢風格很好
服務：很好，等我們等到很晚，還提前開了地暖和氧氣，就是地暖熱的有點過頭了。早餐是送上門的，非常好，很好吃

前台小妹妹服務可以，下着雨來接到停車場的，大廳環境優雅，民宿地理位置也很佳，就在小鎮入口處，早餐買了一份送了一份，自選後送到房間的，306房間的花灑固定頭壞了，固定不住，還是要維修的，有點影響入住體驗的。

川西之行一直都選擇住在海拔3000左右地方，出發理塘前看了下理塘的海拔很是擔憂，怕孩子適應不了，意外的是這個酒店竟然是川西之行住的最舒坦的，晚上八點後彌散式供養解決了高反問題，衞生、環境、服務也都是一流的，很棒的酒店！唯一的缺點是停車位不在酒店旁邊，在幾百米以外的一個院子裏，去之前一定要提前和酒店前台溝通停車事宜

避雷！攜程這家酒店是“噪音監獄”！冷漠服務更是火上澆油！
這輩子住過最糟的酒店沒有之一！直接把我折磨得一夜未閤眼，現在想想都氣到發抖！
剛進房間就被下水聲噁心到——管道里的水流聲像沒關緊的水龍頭，嗡嗡響個不停，忍了半天以為晚上能好，結果更噩夢！窗外半夜頻繁過大車，轟鳴聲能穿透窗户，震得腦子發懵；樓下垃圾車又開着刺耳的音樂來“報時”，直接把我從迷迷糊糊中拽醒。更離譜的是後半夜，其他房間有人喝多了在樓道里大喊大叫，聲音大到像在我房門口撒野，我躺在床上聽着那些吵鬧聲，心臟突突跳，眼睜睜等到天亮，連一秒鐘安穩覺都沒撈着！
最讓我無法接受的是，因為一夜沒休息，我高反加重，頭疼得快炸開，第二天找酒店反映情況，工作人員全程冷着臉，連句真誠的道歉都沒有，就輕飄飄甩了句“不好意思”，之後就再也不管不顧，完全無視我難受的狀態，彷彿我花錢住店、被噪音折磨都是活該！
這種連“讓客人睡個覺”都做不到、服務還極其冷漠的酒店，憑什麼在攜程上坑人？強烈要求平台加強監管！也勸所有要訂這家酒店的人：趕緊繞路！別像我一樣，花了錢還遭罪，最後衹落得一肚子火氣！
