Spacious rooms that are sufficiently clean exept for the very old and used carpets.

Very big rooms. Graet shower w western toilets. The lady at the reception is very kind. Stayed ther for 3 more nights

位置就在仙鶴大道上，還是很好找。停車場在背後，位置還是較充足。硬件還是不錯，就是洗澡的玻璃間小了點，馬桶墊圈是壞了的。然後老闆似乎不太能滿足客人提出的需求（辦理入住時提出安排靠後院窗户的房間，結果被告知是隨機安排無法滿足）😂

衞生：臟，亂，差。房間都是土，一進房間一股臭哄哄的味道，水是黃的沒辦法洗臉。被子是潮濕的，房間的沙發根本沒法看。川西之旅最差的一次住宿。
環境：感覺像是倒閉一樣，房間小，衞生也不好。
服務：愛答不理，由於我們要趕路凌晨2點出發，去前台退房的時候，問有沒有熱水，好傢伙，直接被子蓋着不理，很不耐煩的説 沒有熱水，房卡放枱子上。
設施：都是壞的，燒水壺壞的一口熱水都喝不上，這麼冷的天，半夜起來熱水喝不上。

攜程15年的老用户，第一次給出酒店差評！
自駕318進藏路過理塘，由於高原反應頭痛欲裂，就想盡快休息，剛進房間就發現上一個客人的垃圾桶沒倒，裏面還有垃圾，然後發現杯子裏還有茶渣，馬上判斷屋子根本沒打掃就給了下個客人住。下樓去問前台，回答説清潔工馬虎了。但此時身體極度不舒服，沒精力扯了，倒頭便睡。最奇葩的事情發生在凌晨三點左右：熟睡中的我突然被驚醒，竟然有客人用門卡打開了我的房門，提着大包小包進來，打開燈才發現我在房間，然後退出。這一舉動着實把我嚇到了，驚愕、氣憤、無奈致使我再也無法入睡，捏着痛裂的太陽穴捱到天明……這到底是個什麼酒店？起碼的管理和正規流程都沒有！還有就是酒店老舊，地毯散發著黴味，牆皮剝落，前台態度冷若冰霜，電梯裏地板上有嘔吐物，從晚上11點我入住到第二天早上6點我走都沒人清理，一沖馬桶，臟水從馬桶背後溢出……無語！
