I booked several hotels in western Sichuan, but this one was the most comfortable. The room I booked wasn't big, but it was cozy and I slept perfectly. The guy was very helpful with my luggage, and the farewell ceremony was heartwarming.

The room was unhygienic. We were traveling with our kids and wanted an extra quilt, but were told it would cost 50 yuan. The room was too hot, on the top floor, and lacked air conditioning. We requested a different room, and were told we could pay the difference (the room I booked was more expensive). There were rooms available, but the staff said they were sold out. I pointed out that they could still book online, and the staff said there was something wrong with the room. The room size was significantly different from the actual area, and the listing seemed inflated. I understand the summer price increase, but I find it hard to understand how such service, even for a B&B, would be offered at such a high price. Service is paramount for a good B&B, and this kind of service is hard to recommend. Avoid this place. Everyone, please avoid this place. The receptionist kept apologizing and kept saying it was the boss's rule. It's hard to say what I'm saying about my job. I don't know what the boss is thinking. A bad review!
