Foyan Linka Mountain Resort

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Ride-sharing services aren't available in Litang, so walking is your only option. While shared electric scooters are available in town, the hotel's location is outside their designated parking zone. The rooms are individual cabins, offering a quiet and peaceful stay. While room amenities are modest, each room features a private bathroom with hot water, though the bathroom had a slight smell. There's no air conditioning, but Litang is cool enough in August, and electric blankets are provided. The discounted rooms are incredibly affordable, costing only a few dozen RMB, making it a great budget option for a multi-day stay.

Cleanliness wasn't its strongest point; you might want to manage your expectations or even do a quick wipe-down yourself. However, the environment was pleasant and peaceful, and the owner was very kind. The kids absolutely loved seeing the lambs in the courtyard!

The ambiance is fantastic and full of character. The owner even kindly provided us with complimentary oxygen. It's also incredibly photogenic, making for amazing pictures. Definitely worth checking out!

The room was excellent, and the indoor greenery was particularly beautiful. We did notice a rather strong woody smell in the room, and when we opened the windows for ventilation, flies would come in – it would be perfect if the owner could install screens. The room got sunlight both in the morning and evening, which was lovely. The provision of disposable bath towels and regular towels in the room was a really nice touch. I'd give it full marks! My only minor complaint is that our room was a bit far from the parking lot. I forgot to take my own photos... (but I'm attaching some beautiful ones anyway, haha!).

The room was excellent, especially considering the incredibly low price. It was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heater in the bathroom – that was a nice unexpected touch! The parking lot was ample, and each room is a standalone unit, quite spaced out.
