The room is compact but impeccably clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to assist. My only suggestion would be to install an electric water heater in the shared bathroom.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported.

First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on.
Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient.
I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself...
The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table.
The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water.
The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on.

GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean, the beds are huge and very comfortable, and the people working there are friendly. This room had only shared bathroom which was a bit of a disadvantage, because it was used by quite a few people, and not all of them left it clean. But a big advantage was the hotel’s close proximity to the Lithang monastery, it had a great view to the monastery and stupa from the window. Altogether it was a pleasant experience.

MM376757****The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing.

GGuest UserAs I stepped into the hotel, the girl at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, which instantly dispelled the coldness in my body. There is a humidifier in the room, which provides diffuse oxygen and allows you to sleep well at night. There is a view outside the window and you can also see the stars at night✨. The room is large, clean and has strong indoor heating, so you can enjoy the spring-like warmth even in the cold night.
In the early morning, the sun shines through the window. When you open the window and look out, the snow-capped mountains come into view. In the restaurant, delicious food and nutritious breakfast are paired to start an energetic day.
Litang in winter is so beautiful and pure, and this hotel is a warm station in the ice and snow, which makes me feel at home during my journey. Next time I come, I will still choose it!

The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.
