Hotel is clean as usually my experience with the Hilton brand. Had to wait way too long for fresh towels after talking to tge front desk clerk. Had a fire alarm incident that was never explained but had to evacuate for a short period. Overall, still a Hilton brand so would definitely stay again.

Great one night stay.
We had an amazing and beautiful time. The hotel and customer service were amazing.
I was greeted with a smile by Keyona (spell check) and explained the ins and outs of the hotel and check-in.
She was amazing, and you all are blessed to have her. The customer prior to me did not understand the incidentals hold, and despite Keyona explaining as calmly and respectfully as possible. The lady continued to express disdain. It was truly shocking to see someone treat an employee this way, but it did not phase Keyona. She was still pleasant.
The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty.
All in all, it was a nice trip. I will be back with my family as it was truly a great experience.

There was no peace and it was not quiet. The breakfast they served was very little and it was gone before even time to serve if you know what I mean. I would definitely recommend somewhere else to stay.

We went for a Girl’s Weekend and our room was very nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly. We will DEFINITELY be staying there again.

Hotel staff Is great, we always had answers to all our requests and doubts. We only had one issue with our room, wich wasn't the one we reserved, and even with that the problem was solved quickly and efficently by the staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, breakfast Is really good, and the parking lot Is buh enough.The location Is pretty near Atlanta, Dougalsville and the airport. I would return for sure!!
