This 3-bedroom + den, 2-bath waterfront home on the Oconto River offers stunning water views of the Oconto River and Lake Michigan and easy access to the bay. Enjoy two private docks, five kayaks, a wood fire pit on a water-surrounded peninsula, and a patio with plenty of lounge chairs. Conveniently located 3 miles off the freeway, just a block from Dockside Restaurant and boat launches, and 30 minutes from Lambeau Field! Please note that the floating dock (second dock) is only put in seasonally. Typically this is from September however depending on the water level this timeframe can be affected. The other dock stays in the water year round. At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit. We do not allow pets on our property and appreciate your understanding.. Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. We have security cameras at the entrance of the property as well as on the garage. The cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound. . A key code will be provided for self check in to the property. The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking. It's about 2 miles to the grocery store and about 2 miles to the downtown area with bars / restaurants, boutique clothing store, candy store and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main. The main floor also includes the kitchen, fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.
