Galaxy Hot Spring Hotel

This is the second time I have stayed on a business trip, and the experience is much worse than last time. The first is the restaurant service. I called at 11 noon to make a reservation and told the two to have a meal at twelve at 50 yuan, one dish, one soup and rice. When it was time, my colleague and I went downstairs to the restaurant and only made a shredded cabbage. After waiting for another fifteen minutes to ask the waiter, we actually answered that we forgot to make it, and we refunded it. We also charged 22 yuan. The second is to discuss at check-in whether or not to check out later, because it is a plane that is more than five o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said it was unable to accommodate and had no choice but to sit boringly at the airport for four hours.

You can order food in the room, the price is not expensive, very humane. There is a bathtub in the room. Those who don’t want to go downstairs can take a bath in the room.

The hotel environment is relatively old, the opening and check-out speed is relatively slow, the room space is large, the room is humid and smelly, there is no hot water bath, there is no charging device at the bedside, TV channels can only watch the radio, no on-demand channels, not very intelligent, I don't understand why there is only one bathrobe in the room for two people. The towels should be replaced in time. The floor mats are all whiter than the towels. I can't see any advantages.

回柳河住的最多的酒店，儘管地理位置不錯，感覺每次入住都有些下降，如衞生，服務員做的不徹底；客房用品補充不及時，經常有遺漏等；硬件年久失修等等。還是要多提升服務和衞生條件，讓客人能住的更安心。目前應該算是柳河縣最好的酒店吧。（圖片與酒店無關）

房間還可以，價格挺高的！性價比就低了，如果能夠在200多一點話住住還是可以的！！有早餐，種類還算可以！

自駕出行路過吉林柳河，在攜程上選了這個酒店。柳河這個小縣城很乾凈，空氣很好，酒店位置很好前邊就是一條河，但有免費停車場但車位較少，停車比較困難，酒店一樓是洗浴中心。房間挺大的，衞生也可以，早餐尚可，能吃飽。

環境衞生都挺好，被品太差，床單被套天長日久都洗不出來了，黑乎乎的，讓人不服務。洗浴還行，空間夠，希望換換用品．瓶裝水衹免費用2瓶，小氣，

明明有洗浴門票 不知道因為什麼原因退房的時候扣了70塊,給長者訂的,都不知道因為什麼扣的錢 瞎扣錢

房間非常不錯，性價比很高，酒店設施可以，酒店洗浴中心非常棒服務人員非常熱情
