整棟樓還是一個大工地，自駕車進入車庫，驚呆了！地上積水，工程車出入在施工。電梯廳和房子門口垃圾成堆，包括房子瀰漫著粉塵和刺激性的氣味。衹有7月三個評價，應該就是剛收樓匆忙擺上傢俱就開張，房屋地面有頭髮和灰塵，水龍頭佈滿裝修痕跡，根本無開荒打掃。進去房屋，氣味好大，想着既然都來了，打開窗，通通風，把第二天的預訂退了，今天就忍忍吧。然後發現熱水是低流量燃氣熱水器，水壓也低，房子所有龍頭不用水的情況下勉強夠熱，但水流很細。之後又發現主卧淋浴器居然缺了花灑噴頭，與店主溝通，她叫我湊合著用頂噴花酒，哈哈，我用錢來住宿要湊合著住？幾個朋友坐了半小時喉嚨已經嚴重不舒服，種種的不滿意，提出要退房，雖然被她罵了一通，又趕我立即離開，但反正他同意，且叫我跟攜程講就可以，以為她是講誠信的，我們就把房子仔細檢查好，且拍視頻交待好就離開。之後向攜程申請退房，店主居然出爾反爾拒絕同意退房！你既然不同意退房，為什麼趕我們走？然後馬上把你的房子重新掛上網賣。為了區區六百多元，**到這樣的地步，好吧，我們五位朋友，一人百來塊錢，就當給你買"***"好啦。哈哈，好多謝攜程，信任我這個20多年的金鑽客户，補償了我，其實不是錢的問題，信任是更重要的。
另房子沒空調，想通風，大部分窗沒沙窗，兩個房子窗外就是平台，很不安全！
