Front desk staff are excellent, very kind and helpful. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor, I was surprised to find it was so dirty from the welcome mat, to the carpets in the foyer to the carpets and rugs in the room, they all should be replaced as I doubt they could be cleaned to any acceptable level. Even in the morning, cups, beer cans, and other various rubbish was found in the lobby which should have been cleaned overnight.

Service staff, counter staff and cafe staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is wonderful as they serve authentic local cuisine as well as international buffet

I will choose this hotel every time when I come back to Liuyang, Although it is located in a small county, it still maintains high service standards! The rooms and facilities are good, parking is convenient, breakfast and coffee are perfect!

臨時決定五一假期去瀏陽看煙花，也是臨時定的希爾頓歡朋，沒想到居然是酒店的最後一間房間啦！從長沙開車過去一個多小時到酒店，酒店大堂裏已經坐滿了等待房間的遊客，前台服務很不錯，讓我們沒有等待的快速拿到了房間，很多也是臨時過來看煙花的遊客因為沒有提前預訂房間，被告知酒店滿房時都悻悻然的離開了，很感謝攜程和酒店方能為我們此次出行安排了非常好的房間！房間中規中矩，大概四十平米左右的面積，房間乾淨整潔，房內配有4瓶礦泉水，洗浴用品還不錯，毛巾也很新，個人覺得衹是掛衣的衣櫃太小了，稍微多一點衣服都掛不下來！本想體驗酒店中餐廳，但是酒店入住期間承辦了三對新人的婚宴，所以中餐廳沒有去體驗了，不過酒店附近的餐廳較多，瀏陽菜確實好吃，我從網上搜了一家秦府大院，味道不錯哦！早餐可能碰到了人多的時候，餐桌不夠用，雖然人多，但是早餐廳一直都在及時添補食材，餐品雖不多，但味美精緻，強烈推薦米粉，相當美味！總體來説酒店很不錯，以後來瀏陽還會繼續入住！

早班機落地後直達酒店存放行李，得知一路沒吃早飯，小桃給我們趕快安排了早餐，小朋友餓狼似的開心極了
當天半夜回來補房卡時，自個兒都不知道有傷，在前台被小桃看見了，她卻立馬去拿碘酒創口貼來幫忙消毒
憑這兩個小事，這服務沒得説
