環境和服務都很好，我住的後面那棟，有一條小溪和後花園，早餐的麪條好吃，難得能吃完一大碗[偷笑]，老闆説是山上都是山泉水。距離也蠻好，真的很不錯！會再來的！

服務：我是帶娃凌晨從大圍山頂看了日落體驗了露營後下山到這裏的入住的。週末房間緊張酒店衹有最後一個房間給我了，因為依山傍水的房間濕氣有點重，被單摸上去有點濕濕的感覺，打前台電話想換個床單被套，服務員阿姨凌晨一點都來給我換了，態度還非常好。
環境： 第二天早上起來才發現酒店是山體酒店，依山而建，旁邊就是一條小溪，像級了森林，可以觀察到很多小鳥蝴蝶青蛙蜻蜓昆蟲，小朋友很喜歡。還有酒店的早餐衡陽米粉好好吃，還有好多配菜，晚上還有燒烤，但是我到晚了沒吃到。大圍山太漂亮了下次再來😄

酒店設施很老舊，因為五一堵車耽誤了很多時間，入住後放下行李後就上山看花了，沒有過多檢查酒店設施。晚上10點鐘左右回到酒店，就是不斷在處理各種設施問題。①房間不能反鎖，防盜鏈20釐米長，兩衹手都能伸進來，等同於沒有，安全感全無。②接着就是廁所燈不停閃，洗澡間門把手脱落，洗完澡吹風機不能用。要求換房，説全滿員，無果，不想折騰，將就了！③更噁心地來了，早上起來上個廁所，廁所堵了。至於那些打掃不徹底，有毛髮，洗手盆有水漬這些問題，都不值一提。
酒店在景區算是比較高價格，但是老闆格調並不高，處理事情也是0️⃣格局！預訂的朋友謹慎！

衞生很敷衍，入住後在衞生間發現有個煙頭，應該是上位住客留下的，這麼明顯的垃圾都沒清理乾淨，很難想象其他衞生是否有一客一清理。跟前台溝通後要求重新打掃衞生，保潔阿姨就把煙頭掃走，其他衞生依舊沒搞，按她的説法，衞生做過了，是乾淨的😂再次跟酒店溝通，由前台帶着阿姨重新搞衞生間衞生，衞生搞完，煙頭旁邊的煙灰依舊留在原處。很好奇這家酒店的保潔阿姨和前台眼神都這麼不好嗎？還是説她們默認這種衞生標準就是乾淨的。酒店的熱水器據説是電熱水器，要提前燒水，臨睡前水都不熱，估計有很多住客跟我們一樣住店沒辦法洗澡吧。早上在窗簾上還看到一個蟲蛹，不知道在窗簾上掛了多久了，也沒人發現清理掉。要預訂這家酒店的客人，需做好能忍受衞生條件差，沒有熱水洗澡的心理準備。我們第二天去山上的時候，發現山上沿線還有很多酒店，大可不必在平台上預訂這家酒店。

酒店服務很熱情，一個小女孩等我在前台辦完手續後，提着我的行李送我到房間，並介紹了房間設施設備使用情況和遊大圍山的路線攻略。
房間不錯， 設施挺齊全，衞生乾淨，衞生間大而且有浴缸泡澡，周圍環境很美，小橋流水，亭台樓閣，用餐，停車都很方便，去周邊景區都十分便利。就在酒店可坐電動車！

設施：酒店設施比較齊全，電梯到最高層，可通過棧道步行直達房間。
衞生：客房乾淨，能觸摸到的地方，基本沒有灰塵。床單被子乾淨整潔，無異味，
環境：金溪谷的户外環境可以説是大圍山絕無僅有的，必須點贊:在酒店門口，是看不見春色滿園的風景的，去客房的木質棧道，沿溪蜿蜒而上，地面被植被全面覆蓋。古老的杉樹，高大葱鬱，但不會遮擋絲絲的陽光鋪撒進每一個房間的窗户
服務：客房星羅分佈在山谷的各個角落，每有服務需要，服務員還是很快能到達。

#位置交通酒店的位置很好，進山差不多一眼就能看到，是比較老舊的建築，也能看出當時建設的時候還可以。#房間設施可能是沒什麼人住，或者山裡天氣晝夜温差較大，一開門是有黴味的，最主要的是，晚上沒有熱水洗澡！！！沒有熱水，我們洗漱的時間是比較晚，但是不管怎麼樣在山裡重要提供好熱水服務，不説了熱水了，一點温度都沒有，年輕人還能忍受一下，還有老年人呢。而且能聽到外面時不時是有新入住的人在進房間的。這都不能供應上。
