臨時抵達柳州站才預訂房間，沒注意看接站需提前一天預約，前台小姐姐熱心給報銷打車費。找不到早餐券又特地安排機器人送上來。早餐品種不少，自助煎蛋，工作人員也非常好，到十點來鍾食物不會一下子收光光。地下車庫，電梯直達。房間帶全身鏡，整潔舒適，洗漱用品齊全，電視一打開就是消防安全提示。大堂還有家小超市，打車也便捷。

本欲住2天,後在攜程平台協調下退住一天。該酒店優處：
（1）柳州站東出站口接站服務,方便住店；（2）酒店開業1年餘,房間配置使用較新；（3）酒店前台工作負責,有求必應。存在問題：（1）在酒店房間使用網絡常會斷網；（2）酒店地處立交旁,出行不是很優；（3）酒店部門間訊息溝通缺乏,酒店內系統網絡的調試竟無相互通知,造成前台一無所知。一句話：4.8分是？

來柳州旅遊的，因為五星街那邊的維也納面積有點小就選擇了這家，服務很好，睡得也很好。一覺睡到了十一點，沒趕上酒店的早餐有點遺憾。下次來還住這裏。也洗衣機有烘乾機烘乾衣服很快。

超級超級舒服，超級超級好，環境衞生都可以，一下高鐵站手機打車三塊錢就到了，前台小姐姐超級温柔，早上晚上出門居然問好誒，直接被驚喜到，門前就有小電驢可以掃碼騎行逛柳州，總體來説很方便，畢竟是連鎖的，建議入住，會有接車服務，但是記得提前一天預訂的時候打電話説
