房間廁所太臭，還有拖鞋也臭，網上訂單沒有説收按金，到店第一時間也沒有説收按金，辦好入住以後才和你提按金的事情，感覺很不舒服，周圍環境太吵

隔音效果太差了，隔壁房間的人在説話，吹頭髮的風筒聲音清晰可見，還有一個抽水泵的轟轟聲響由晚上12點左右一直響到早上10點我們起床還在響，跟前台溝通就説沒辦法了事，態度差。整晚聽着這個吵聲碾轉難睡，誰住誰踩坑
