No front desk (it was just a lady in one of the rooms), had to contact the hotel through the app before i could find the place. Location was literally above wanda plaza. Kept receiving soliciting services advertisement in my door, so kinda scary for a female solo traveller. Place was quite rundown.

避雷這家酒店！酒店不僅不換床單還倒打一耙，答應的延遲退房第二天翻臉不認人！事情是這樣的當天我凌晨三點到的酒店，因為實在很困就一到酒店馬上洗澡再上床想睡覺，然後一掀開被子就看見類似糞便的東西，繼續翻找就看見大大小小顏色不一樣的污漬共五處，而且糞便類型黃色的東西都有兩處，我帶紙巾用手摸過這個黃色的東西是乾的（如果是我本人造成的那應該是濕潤的可以擦掉的）隨後我立刻聯繫了前台，當時前台表示換了房間並且延遲兩點退房。
結果第二天12點另一個前台聯繫我表示昨天不是他值班，並且超過1點退房要另外收費，我轉發了昨天的聊天記錄給他看，前台還是翻臉不認人説糞便是我們弄上去的並且表示延遲退房要收費，況且我攜程上面原本就寫着兩點退房，我十二點半就被叫了出來，中國人不騙中國人，要是我自己造成的我可以擦掉或者賠償，沒必要在這説這些，有圖有真相

設施：普通的公寓式酒店，沒有前台，到了之後直接聯繫商家，商家確認身份後會給對應房間門鎖的密碼，這就算是辦理入住了。
環境：實事求是地説，酒店所處地理位置不錯，就在萬達邊上，離萬象城也很近。房間裏窗簾遮光不太好，睡眠淺的人早上容易被亮醒。
服務：需要給差評的是酒店服務人員，管理混亂，存在工作失誤。我下午四點到之後聯繫酒店方，酒店方給我發了對應房間的密碼，我入住之後到晚上11點，酒店的服務人員給別的旅客開錯房間，把我入住的房間密碼發給了後來的旅客。你們能想象晚上11點門口突然傳來有人在門外摁密碼鎖，然後還把門打開了的場景嗎。
酒店方出現這樣的工作失誤，表明旅客的財產甚至人身安全都沒有得到基本的保障，就沖上述的服務質量，這條差評給你們不冤

進房間就聞到一股類似屍臭味，在房間和衞生間找不到，最後發現是塑料拖鞋發出來的味道，噁心**了，不知道上個顧客穿過的拖鞋有沒有洗過，可能會感染腳氣，而且拖鞋都開膠了也不換，枕套起球，衞生間熱水器發出聲響，這個價格與房間衞生環境不匹配，姐妹們還是避雷。
