Sujata at the front desk and Nisha cleaning the room have been very helpful, very nice .when I work long hours it’s good to have help. Also there is places around here to get something to eat if you don’t have time to cook .

I had a very comfortable stay for me and my son! The staff was always friendly and very helpful at the front desk. Everything was very clean and sanitized. I would recommend this Extended Stay location to anyone I know.

Been staying here for years now and the location is perfect for me as I am from Livermore I moved out and started staying as it is more convenient and affordable... just love the place and staff is friendly always trying to accommodate my needs as requested and the place is pet friendly

If I could give this a zero or less, I would. I'm not surprised by the crappy rating here because I couldn't describe a more horrible experience - no one was at the front. Chandler showed up 20 minutes later, unapologetically. He was rude and refused to check me in. He allegedly made a call to his manager Rita, who was even worse. I went down a few blocks to Home Suites by Hilton and got exemplary service. Although frankly, anything was probably better than this filthy place with appalling people. If you work there, I'd recommend you leave - you won't have a job too long if that's the type of service they are dishing in the hospitality business and you don't want your reputation associated with those type of people.

good hotel we visit many times for business and my family stays nearby so it is a chance to meet them. shiva at front desk is always helpful to get us our favorite room other staff also talk well and they provide quick breakfast

attended a wedding at the nearby winery this location was perfect to the venue with low pricing around the area. The parking looked safe and it was quiet after 11 pm and the staff was quick in checking me in which was impressive no hassle hotel

been to this place numerous times at least twice every month, as i travel to Livermore for work i always like to stay here. the staff is very welcoming with a special mentioning to SHIVA, overall a nice place to stay.
