Location is great 👍🏼 but room was tired and needs refurbishing, Huge hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, hotel tried filling it in with filler, looks awful, shower is good 👍🏼 cobwebs everywhere, didn’t really want to have a cup of tea with the kettle provided as it wasn’t very clean. Wall lights have never had a polish and duster near them, and net curtains on window ripped and dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel looked as though its seen better days.
Service was ok, for a mid week stay I thought it was quite noisy later on in evening with doors banging etc.
Bed was hard and pillows were flat, felt abit nippy so had the heating on most of the night.
Probably won’t stay here again unless they have a refurbishment.

Wifi is not available and there is a problem with the connection, which is the only disadvantage.
The transportation is super convenient, and the breakfast package is a major feature.
Opposite the train station and subway station.

Friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the lively area of Liverpool (15 min. walk to Cavern). The correct rooms, but the whole hotel needs a reform, give change to its facilities.
