Convenient location.
A little loud in the night even on Sunday but that comes with being right on the edge of Matthew Street.
Seems like a very quick clean was done an bits missed but overall the apartment was clean and tidy.
Getting into the apartment was easy once we had the instructions

Apartment was clean and in a good location however the heat was unbearable, the windows didn’t open and there was no air con.
Good check in system, the emails and phone call were helpful and answered quickly.
Although advised about the water system, we were shocked at how loud it was when showering and using the toilet which woke up others if we used the toilet at night.
No basic amenities such as tea or coffee.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

This Appartment was really lovely and clean, even had a washer dryer and everything else you would need.only a few minutes to shopping area and plenty of bars and restaurants only a minute or two walk, I will definitely be back at the Cavern quarters appartments, 🙂😊

Great night away for boyfriends birthday perfect for what we want.
Only issue was that I didn't have the code to get in and when I rang they had been trying to contact me through ******* despite me booking it through trip.com, staff were very quick to sort out the issue and get us into the apartment

식기나 시설 자체는 조금 더러운 느낌입니다
펍에 가까워서 놀러가기는 좋지만 주변 치안이 그렇게 좋지는 않기 때문에 밤에 외출하는것은 비추천합니다
宿泊前に150ポンドを別途で支払うことになります。
荷物預かりもできませんでしたので、不便でした。

-Need better blinds as not good for keeping sun and daylight out. Blinds are thin plastic.
-Windows don't all open and window slides don't stay up. Really hot inside the apartment. No fans or AC available.
-Extremely noisy. Even if windows did open, one couldn't leave them open on a night due to the sheer volume of noise.
-Bathroom sink plug stuck so couldn't use it. Night worker came up to look at it but he said it was defective so needed a plumber.
-Not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults as only one 3 seater sofa.
Sorry but wouldn't stay again due to above issues. Think its expensive for what we experienced. Not one us 4 slept well at all and has not been a pleasant experience.
