Well run hotel with excellent team (bar, kitchen, breakfast, reception, cleaners...smiles and client focus everywhere!). Good food and wine cellar! Breakfast is not only a good start of the day but also personalised with the option to order free special's in the kitchen. Perfect location, ski bus stops in front of the hotel. The car can safely stay in the handy underground garage (no real need to use the car in Livigno). Livigno is a special place with beautiful mountain scenery, not only nice for skiing but also offering many other activities + typical Valtellina mountain culture and culinary pleasures. Recommended.

You really feel at home in Cristallo with very friendly staff. For skiing it is well located even though it is not next to a lift. A 3 minutes' walk and you can ski down to the nearest lift and you can ski back to Cristallo both from the Costacio and the Carosello side.

Very friendly hotel staff, clean and good rooms. Near to the center of the village but still very calm at night. In co-operation with the sister hotel I had supper at hotel Valtellina (half board) which I can warmly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay! Food both morning and night was amazing, and the service could not have been better. Our car had some problems when we arrived they drove the car to the mechanic and back. We will definitely be back!

We liked the whole experience of staying in Cristallo Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was perfect, food was spectacular. We almost feel like we are now part of the family. Loved everything. Definitely coming back next year again.

Hotel is centrally located in Livigno and great for access to ski slopes. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were good and lift access available if needed. Breakfast had good choice of fresh produce. Secure garage parking below the hotel is a bonus.

I’m very happy with the stay, everything was as expected, they have a garage for the car so it’s safe from weather. Breakfast was great, and since I was leaving early in the morning they prepared great breakfast package for the trip! Room was clean and has sauna, staff was helpfull.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel e ho prenotato due stanze, per genitori e 3 bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La Proprietaria dell’hotel, Maura, è stata disponibile e di aiuto per ogni nostra richiesta. Le cene al ristorante sono state ottime. Ci torneremo volentieri. Grazie Maura e allo staff
