A renter's dream! Year round lake house located on the WEST side of Conesus Lake. This 7 bedroom (sleeps 20 in beds), 3 1/2 bath lake house makes for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life OR maybe a new place to work from home.Our family bought this cottage 10 years ago, so that we can make memories at the lake together. Unfortunately, there are a lot of times we are not using the lake house due to life getting in the way. We want other families to have the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the water and make memories that will last a lifetime!Great for families (multiple) to rent year round to enjoy all seasons and activities that go along with them. Included in the property....Swimming (water mat included), fishing, kayaking (2), paddle board, (2), pedal boat tube for your boat, water skis, inflatable rafts, beach toys. BOAT and JET SKI ARE NOT INCLUDED. Private dock will be in by May and taken out in October. There is room to tie up a boat if you choose to bring your own or rent. Also and extra jet ski hoist.
