The room was spacious, perfectly accommodating two adults and two children. There was also a large outdoor hot spring pool, which was a delight for the children to enjoy. The cliff hot spring's infinity pool was fantastic, especially in the evening, when photos were stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a rich variety. I'm especially grateful to our housekeeper, Xiao Rui, for arranging the high-speed rail transfer. We were very satisfied with the arrangements throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, especially since it wasn't crowded, and the experience was fantastic.

It was a stay that exceeded my expectations. I discovered this holiday destination that is worth experiencing more. We drove to the hotel entrance at the foot of the mountain, took the shuttle bus and meandered up the mountain road. I spent 3 days at Wyndham Grand Court, and the experience was very unexpected. Before the trip, the butler Zou Yang added WeChat to communicate in advance, and took the initiative to prepare the children's toiletries in our room in advance, and also introduced the hotel tour guide. Our family had a great time throughout the trip. I would like to thank the butler Zou Yang for his meticulous service, making reservations for us, and preparing carrots for the children to feed the alpacas. Basically, he replied to the message in seconds! Every service staff here is very enthusiastic, smiling and responsive. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent. There is jelly that other hotels don't have, which is very delicious, and the eggs are local eggs, which are small and fragrant. For dinner, we tried the hotel's hot pot and the set meal in the all-day restaurant, and we didn't step on thunder! I will come again next time if I have the chance!

This is the resort hotel with the best service awareness I have ever stayed in. All the service staff are polite and will take the initiative to say hello. Although there are not many hot springs in the hotel, the scenery is great, especially the infinity pool on the top of the mountain has a superb view. The activities are also rich, such as feeding alpacas, riding horses, etc. The key is that it is clean and hygienic, making people think they are back in New Zealand. I booked a mountain villa, but in fact, this room type is on the mountain. The lawn view is basically at the foot of the mountain. In addition, the foot of the mountain is close to the lobby of the main building, and the outdoor sound insulation is relatively poor, not very quiet. Maybe another villa room type is more cost-effective. Apart from this, the room facilities and hygiene are nothing to say. It is a good place for a family vacation, especially during holidays to avoid crowds.
