Spotless rooms, comfy beds, and excellent housekeeping. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and great breakfast options. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for cleanliness and comfort!

As a loyal fan of Marriott, I suspect that Liyang Marriott is a copycat hotel, and the front desk receptionist always says no with a stern face. 1. Platinum members cannot enjoy room upgrades. 2. No extra breakfast for one person will be provided. 3. Arrange the room at the end of the corridor. 4. The doors and windows are not sealed, and the air-conditioning case outside the window makes a lot of noise. 5. The basin drain pipe is clogged. 6. The hotel room wifi inputs the guest information but cannot log in. It requires a text message link from a non-ordinary person to log in. It is also a crime to try to steal other people's privacy.

The front desk service attitude was not very friendly and the words were rather aggressive. There was a layer of dust on the platform next to the cabinet in the room.
