We were on a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful. The accommodation was excellent and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there are daily pool exercises and fun entertainment programs with games for children by the pool. The food was great, always fresh, regularly replenished, and there was a wide variety to choose from. We didn’t have a single negative experience during our stay. Also, the town of Medulin is very close just a 9-minute drive, which is great if you feel like stepping out of the resort for a bit. We truly believe we’ll be coming back again.

Great new property, in great location. Rooms are great and spacious, cleanliness well kept. Food excellent, with a lot of variety. Excellent beach area. I would only change the green carpet in pool area, looks cheap.

Very cute resort with nice staff! A bit far from the city if you don’t have a car, but a taxi is easily accessible if you ask the front desk. Shoutout to Bekim, the taxi driver assigned to the hotel, who’s super nice and sociable :)

# Residence del Mar in Ližnjan - Review Stayed at Residence del Mar in Ližnjan on May 1st. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the necessary equipment. The pool was well-maintained and suitable for swimming. Made use of the small gym facility which was adequate for basic exercise needs. Staff members were helpful and polite when assistance was required. Overall, Residence del Mar provided comfortable accommodation for our time in Ližnjan.

Everything was perfect friendly staff and ready to help you anytime Breakfast was amazing everything you wanted to eat The restaurant was perfect and not so expensive. The playground for kids was amazing I don’t have something negative to say !

Very friendly staff All new and clean nice view Lots to do, you can hike right from the hotel. You can book eating for your stay. Cars can be parked for free. Beach is right in front of the hotel.

Everything was all right, this hotel is quite new and you can see it, rooms are very clean, nothing in hotel is destroyed. On hotel swimming pool there is a lot of pool loungers, you can always go and have one empty. Only problem in hotel is depth od swimming pool, it is a bit too deep.
