"This was the perfect experience. The staff speaks good English. The room isn’t that small and it’s private even if its called hostel. There’s a card to open the room. I love how the LED light was multicolored and you can actually adjust it with a touchscreen. The restroom is clean most of the time. The laundry costs € 4+4 if you need the dryer but you need to buy the token from the front desk."

"We stayed at this hotel after our Lake Bled trip before flying back the next day. We had almost everything we needed, except a kettle in the room. Also, to mention, there was no elevator in the building, so expect to carry your luggage up the stairs, but luckily we were on the first floor. Breakfast was sufficient with enough options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and polite. A good hotel option if you need a place to stay for a night before departure!"

"The hotel is in an exceptional location, right in the center, the structure is well maintained and the conditions of the room were excellent, clean and with very modern furnishings. The breakfast, served in an elegant space, was rich and complete. Two notes to improve are the somewhat distracted and not always professional staff and the swimming pool which was very cold and in general the spa could be reviewed and improved. Access to the spa was through the hotel next door on the ninth floor in a modest space and by reservation only."

"Location is not easy to find especially at night as it is located in a housing area instead of main street. If you don’t have proper internet connection that even makes it worse. The check in process was hard for me. They had self check in process but I didn’t receive any email for the guidance and form. Yes they had the guidance attached on their main door including wifi password so people can connect to their wifi, but what if someone runs out of battery? The form includes personal data entry and city tax payment which consumes time. Then inside the property, guidance for room passcode is also a bit ambiguous. And the owner is busy not to be able to handle the guests properly."

We waited at the door for half an hour before someone came in for the check in. We also have to carry our luggage up to 3 floors. Other than that, everything is good."

"1. The room felt much smaller than 20 square meters, it was incredibly tiny. 2. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and slippers weren't provided. 3. The toilet design was flawed; it would spray water out every time it was flushed. 4. Parking was extremely expensive. 5. Breakfast was decent. 6. The luggage rack was poorly designed; I kept bumping my head on the cabinet corner above it when putting luggage on it, which was quite painful!"

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all you would expect from quality accommodation. I will be coming back to Ljubljana, and would love to stay at Vila Teslova again, but for longer next time, and possibly with a friend. It is well placed to the city and other locations. I highly recommend this place for your getaway, be it business or pleasure. I would like to thank all the staff and management of Teslova. "

"The best thing about this hotel were the staff, they all were extremely attentive and helpful. Thanks to the guidance and information available we were able to enjoy our week’s holiday in Ljubljana. We did walk into the city on our first day but it took us about 40 mins alongside a busy road. Perfectly safe but not enjoyable. For the rest of our week we used the number 9 bus. The bus stop is only a 10 min walk away and the bus runs regularly from the Park and Ride to the city centre and bus station. The bus stop is called “Pot na Rakova Jelso” A single trip cost 1.30 Euros. We arranged our Airport transfers through reception, cost 33 Euros each way. Taxi to City centre cost 6 Euros and to Bus station 8 Euros. Cost of taxis can be added to room bill which works well. Easy to visit Lake Bled and Kranj from the bus station and we hired a car to visit Kranjska Gora and Lake Bohinj. Don’t be put off by the distance from the City centre as it is easy to reach by bus or taxi. Thanks again to the staff for their assistance during our stay."
