A great guest house run by a Chinese couple. The decoration is very exquisite, the hygiene is very tidy, and the common facilities are all available. Breakfast is included and is very delicious and rich in variety. There is a parking lot attached, which can park about 10 cars, so you don't have to worry about street parking. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is very considerate, and the communication is very pleasant. Had a very nice holiday in Llandudno.

Beautiful B&B, clean, fantastic breakfast and parking on site which is quite rare in lots of places in Llandudno. Very central for the town, trams and only a few minutes to the sea front. Will definitely be returning when back in the area and would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced too.

Absolute 5* experience, rooms were fabulous such a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was the best Breakfast we have ever had. I would highly recommend staying here, great location and views of the Great Orme which were amazing also.. We will definitely be returning very soon

Our party of 4 stayed 5 nights. Perfect location within walking distance of all main areas of interest. Spotless, comfortable hotel full of charm with fabulous decor. Delicious breakfasts. Dan and Wei are such lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

We stayed for the night but will certainly return for a longer stay It is a beautiful hotel, with lovely decor all through. A lot of attention has been lavished on this hotel and it shows. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Good size bathroom. Off road parking is a big bonus when staying in Llandudno. Wei was so lovely and kind, lovely lady!

The hotel is smart, comfortable and clean with excellent off-street parking. It is a short walking distance from the town centre and promenade, beach and pier etc. The owners and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is very good.

This is the first visit since the new owners have taken over and we were not disappointed , such a warm welcome from Dai much friendlier than the previous owners nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in room 2 very large room with everything you could wish for, my brother stayed in room 1 which had a fridge what more could you ask for. Amazing breakfast car park and a short walk to centre of town you will not be disappointed with staying hear.

Just spent 2 nights at the Landsdowne House. Lovely place to stay. A short walk to the front and into town. Very clean and the room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a range of different choices and included in the price. Lovely hosts and the carpark was a bonus.

Wonderful overnight break in delightful environment with lovely hosts! Only sorry we couldn't stay longer Beautiful decor and high standard of accomodation Attentive and friendly staff Would highly recommend Car park very helpful and convenient
