I believe the hotel has recently changed hands and is now called The Seafront Hotel. Had seen some poor reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. Situated in a great location for Venue Cymru. The hotel is tired and dated but it was evident improvements were being made in the bar/dining areas. Also our room had an updated shower cubicle and overall it was very clean. Found all the staff pleasant and friendly. We were expecting to have something to eat before going to the theatre but they are only offering breakfast at the moment. Wasn't a problem though as Dylan's was a two minute walk away. Recommended by the receptionist and it didn't disappoint. Overnight the room was very warm but manageable. Breakfast was very nice and there was both continental or cooked. For the price I paid for my daughter and I we thought it was very reasonable.

The hotel was quiet good, but they were on renovations which a bit uncomfortable. The heater on my room was in trouble, I asked for another room but they said full booking, fortunately they brought a portable heater although it wasn’t enough. Moreover, they don’t have microwave which made me difficult to warm up my food

Lovely hotel to stay at! Great location, friendly staff, has a nice little bar and right on the beachfront! We had a room with a sea view and it was lovely! The beds were very comfy and we slept like babies! The only issue I had was when I woke in the morning and went to make a coffee, there was no spoon to stir my coffee! Other than that, amazing!

Staff were very accommodating and helpful rooms clean and breakfast was amazing loads of choice definitely return

This hotel was good value for what was paid. I managed to get a free parking spot in front of the building, which was a bonus (parking behind the hotel is £6), and further up the street, paid street parking begins. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the pier, which was convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There was some scaffolding up right outside the window, which wasn’t ideal, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an ocean view for the price. The only real issue was the shower, which was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, swinging between too hot and too cold, though there were warning signs. Overall, a solid budget option.

Couldn’t fault this stay, was the perfect location, hotel under renovation and the name had changed but met every expectation in full, the room was small but for just a bed, telly and shower this suited my every need.

On entering the receptionist was very welcoming,entrance was very tidy, informed us of all our options, used the 2 person lift to the third floor , on entering our room which was neat and tidy, bathroom was was clean too,nice warm shower. We also had a great view of Llandudno Promenade. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. All the staff were pleasant.

Good sea view and delicious breakfast. Easy to take bus but the hotel is the end of one side of the beach. We had to walk to another side of the beach for more than 20 minutes while the pier and Great Orme were there.

Good environment，clean，but abit far to centra and train station. Overall very well.

Overall experience was good. Ambience was bit disappointing. Staff and service was really nice.

Hotel is next to the beach, great location! I stayed one night, good price and staff were helpful. The room was nice and clean. I would like to stay again.

Everyone is telling me a seaside hotel is like this rundown inside. Walking round the hotel to get out I did see that other rooms looked nice. Mine had paint peeling off the walls. A broken and exposed light above me on the bed a very dated bathroom and the corridor picture of the carpet shows a damp problem maybe. There is a nice chip shop round the corner from it. That side of Llandudno is ok for the theatre but not for anything else. I got my steps up though.
