Had a two night stay at the California Hotel. Friendly staff make check in quick and straightforward. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There's a burger bar adjoining and Benllech tandoori within easy walking distance if you don't fancy driving out for a bite to eat on the evening. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was overnight too. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Benllech and Moelfre. Will definitely visit again.

Very clean bedroom in the California Inn. You collect your key from behind the bar and from that point you are on your own accessing the property through the conservatory. Food is no longer made on the property but they do provide details of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base
This was a brilliant place for a couple of nights to explore all the island had to over. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee for my morning brew, the biscuits were a very nice extra touch too. Staff were helpful and friendly when checking in and out. Will return in the future.

The fact is that the showder was way to hot didnt even work properly found a cigarette packet under bed .and could not order any food at bar whitch did not say when we booked

Friendly and helpful staff. Location ideal for Anglesey and surrounds. Large free parking area ideal. Five minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores - no restaurant on-site.
Minor downside - traffic can be noisy at times.

friendly welcoming staff, sadly no food on offer at the moment but feel sure this will soon be sorted, I would highly recommend the California and will stay there without a doubt on future trips.
