The hotel is decent for the price, but could improve on some things, such as the following:
1. Add a refrigerator in the room.
2. Add a wastebasket.
3. Fix the breakfast issue. They're only open from 8 to 9:45 a.m., and there are huge lines. We weren't able to take advantage of it.
4. Checkout at 10:00 a.m. is very early.

We’re a young couple, but honestly, the atmosphere here was super uncomfortable. There was so much noise, especially from groups of teenagers, and nobody from the hotel staff bothered to ask them to respect guests who actually want to relax and enjoy some calm. The walls are not soundproof at all-you can hear everything from the next room, which is not great if you care about privacy. We were given two separate beds instead of a double, and when we asked to change, they just told us there was no availability. On top of that, there’s loud construction going on right in front of the hotel during the day. It’s almost funny how impossible it is to get any sleep here, day or night. Forget about napping, too. The room also had a terrible smell we just had to put up with the whole time. My advice: if you want a peaceful hotel, look for a quieter city or a different hotel altogether. If you have no choice, only book for one night and start looking for somewhere better as soon as you arrive.

Excellent staff, from front reception to bar staff to cleaners - nothing too much trouble. Very helpful with directions and advice. Bar staff excellent - friendly and helped me with my rusty Spanish ! Did ot eat in hotel, so can’t comment. Comfortable, modern reception. A few suggestions ;- rooftop bar/facilities not open , bathroom door would not stay open, no large mirror and shelf in bedroom for ladies to make up. Insufficient coat hangars for two people.

Pros: tasty meals, beautiful views in surrounding, clean and hot sea in August, roof Whirlpool (but only 2, So fully occupied all the time), service and cleanliness on 3* level Cons: unsufficient cleaning (mould in bathroom), missing fitness gym, poor organization in restaurant, small swimming pool, Overal: good choice if you expect 3* or 3+* level of services
