If you want to stay in a real 'trullo', you cannot choose a better place than Masseria Serralta. This tastefully renovated trulli complex is a divine place and offers you amazing views of the surroundings, as it is located on a hill. We were truly impressed by the warm welcome by Marta, the owner, who gave us all sorts of tips for our stay and spoiled us every morning with a delicious home-made breakfast. Ideal location to visit the Valle d'Itria or to just relax and enjoy the good life in Puglia.

This is such a wonderful spot. The masseria is set amid vineyards and orchards, with expansive decks and lawns for lounging near the pool. My room, the Sandy suite, was spacious and charmingly appointed with a mix of antique and casual contemporary pieces. Its “kitchen” has a useful refrigerator and 4-burner cooktop, with a handy supply of pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. The bed could not have been more comfortable; the suite was spotless. The location is ideal for a Puglia holiday: Locorotondo is just 5 minutes away by car (or 45 minutes on foot) along characteristic lanes lined by stone fences. Alberebello, Ostuni and Polignano sur Mare are within 45 minutes, and Lecce and Matera are less than 90. But all of this is secondary to the accommodating service provided by the owner, Marta, who is attentive to every detail and need. The masseria's daily breakfast is abundant with homemade yogurt, jams and cakes; fresh local fruit, juice and vegetables; and made-to-order hot drinks and eggs. I stayed at the masseria for eight nights and would have loved to stay longer. It was the perfect vacation!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a travel magazine. The masseria is so beautiful, from our gorgeous room, to the pool, to the lovely patio where we ate our delicious breakfast. Marta is the manager and she was lively and fun to talk to. She had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I wish I were there now!

Le fait d'être loin des touristes dans un endroit magique,
Si nous avions pu dîner à l'hôtel, cela aurait été encore mieux, ayant eu quelques difficultés deux fois à retrouver notre séjour, (GPS qui partait à l'aventure😊).
Autrement, tout est parfait.
