The room was freezing cold 🥶 and there was absolutely no service, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was decent, and the atmosphere of the art hotel was quite good. The location is very convenient, and the room was spacious. However, staying there in winter was just too cold!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Only minus is related to room service. Was informed that by standard service takes 45 minutes, even to deliver some drinks. Apart from that, everything was great!
