Location is perfect ! big rooms and nice restaurant on site.restaurants open early and closes late. I’m assured i will have something for bfast, lunch or dinner. food delicious

New Favourite
Frequent visitors to St. John’s but we had never stayed here. That said it was a very busy time in St. John’s: end of Easter Break and lots hockey tournaments. We stumbled on this place just due to availability. It’s our new favourite in St. John’s.
If there is a single strike, it’s parking. Right downtown parking is a mess. There’s a lot across the street but it’s not free. That said the hotel does give a voucher for it.

Only one issue. Ordered breakfast to our room, asked for two coffees. Received one coffee and a tomato juice. Called to have order fixed, was delivered a coffee and told I would be charged for the tomato juice, which I never asked for. Told the room service personnel that I would not be paying for something which was delivered in error. I was surprised that this was even suggested.

The staff went above any other hotel that we stayed in. They took the time to get to know us and took care of our every need . Terri treated us like family and went out of her way to accommodate us !
