The hotel service was good. The room was clean. The beds were neat. The TV was working. The kitchen closed at 10, putting some pressure to order soon. The bathroom had a translucent section, which may or may not be comfortable based on your choices. The restaurant served good vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

I booked this hotel on triple occupancy basis in May 2023 at rate of 5000 plus tax. My expectation was it is a good 3-star hotel. However, this property is not worth more than 3000 to 3500. Beyond this price, it is not value for money. Rooms are neat but small and very basic. Breakfast is ok. Lift is tiny. They still keep limit on number of water bottles while any good hotel gives unlimited water bottles even if it is own packed. In my opinion it is at most a 2-star hotel. Overall, it is a very average place. I will not recommend this to any family going there. Quite disappointed.

Good experience. Rooms were large, clean and with a good mountain view. Restaurant service is also good. USP is location. It's on a quite road but still quite close to main market area. Thoroughly enjoyed.
