Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

My kids first vacation and we planned to visit here. We had stayed back in the year 2016 so we came back with the Amenities in mind. The water park water hygiene was not upto mark but, the surrounding area cleanliness was Good and the pool attended got the other main pool and jacuzzi scrubbed and ready to use. The morning breakfast we had some Good options with south indian, continental and savouries. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The delux room was spacious but, unfortunately the ceiling fan was creating noise disturbing our sleep. They tried but, couldn't fix it. So we had to adjust 🙂. 😄Room service was prompt. We enjoyed the games room (Ac) with options to play unlimited pool, carrom, Ice hockey and ps4. The Spa experience was not that great, the therapist are not well trained. We had dinner at the inhouse Multi -cuisine restaurant and it was a Good experience. We also had lunch @ meritas Crystal and @ meritas Adore. It's the same menu in all restaurants.

Visited on this Holi Weekend had a very bad experience. Though overpriced paid as it was Weekend rush BUT NOT Worth It. Restaurant Services, House Keeping Services Very Slow. They mentioned Game Activities available when asked for Badminton Both 2 Sets of Racket Already lying in Damaged condition. Ala Carte order for Green Salad wasn't served till the meal was over. A side table guest had a kid and had ordered just curd rice that too wasn't served till we left. They too were complaining. If they can't ***age why take reservations and spoil our trip is something to consider that too after paying hefty amount with ZERO facilities. Water Park pool was not clean with Algea clearly visible on 24th March.

Nice experience, best place to stay Best for kids, as you will get play area, rides. We were team of 22 people including kids.. it was fun for 4 days. We didn't went out except for dinner Hotel rooms and stay was peaceful Staff is very cooperative

I am giving a one rating as giving no ratings is not an option. Horrible food service horrible room service and very very very slow food serving. No Holi party and playing Holi in the premises is also not allowed. Very bad hotel. The only 1 postive is the swimming pool. Would not recommend this as there are other better hotels who have better services for the same price

Went there last weekend and had a good time. The staff and the service was good. The pool was clean and my daughter had a good time. The breakfast spread was decent. The food we ordered for lunch and dinner was also worth the money. It's not too costly which we normally expect from in-house restaurants in resorts. The ambience outside was excellent especially during evening when they have pool side live food counters with music in the background Things they could improve - they can pay some attention to the washroom. The tiles were broken in some areas which they had covered using some tapes. Although, you will only notice if you closely observe.

Nice waterpark and a good swimming pool and jacuzzi. Decent , clean and well lit rooms. Good quality and tasty food. Nice varieties for vegetarians. Nice breakfast options in both veg and non veg Led back housekeeping services. Need improvement in it.

-Rooms were spacious. -All the staffs were very attentive and polite. -It was my hubby's bday and they gave us complimentary cake which was amazing. Loved their hospitality. -Surely recommendable as it's in the center of all tourist places. -we had only breakfast in our package but it was yummy with variety of items
