This is the worst hotel experience me and my family ever had. Some employees are pleasant and helpful, but the *** behind the main counter, Ketan, is the worst ***ager I've ever met. His unusual mind and faulty assumptions ruined our stay. No one should hire this type of individual as a ***ager, in my opinion, or your hotel will fail. I want owner or the ***agement to call me for the complete scenario understanding and take appropriate action against this guy. Our booking was at the name of Khabir Khanna/Akshay Chopra.
