bed is very comfortable. location is not so nice in my opinion.

A great place to stay in Whitechapel about 10 minutes from Whitechapel Tube with a huge range of eating options close by and a nice pub - the Good Samaritan 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is excellent and I recommend the breakfast.

Excellent stay in a really cool place there’s a Marco pPierre White Chophouse in the hotel or lots of options close by. I will always stay here in future.

Nice hotel in a rubbish area. No parking area which is a big problem. Rooms are lovely.

I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in London and in the East End. For the overnight, last minute this hotel was the same price as the Hoxton, Shoreditch (which is far better). We paid for a loft with terrace but you can’t see over the wall if you are seated or in the room so there’s really no benefit. The air con didn’t work and the staff pre-warmed us. There were basic toiletries but no toothpaste. No mini bar in the room. No drinking water. No kettle/coffee machine. No food or drinks to room service. The staff were very polite. The bedding & towels were clean. It just felt like the fixtures & fittings had been done more cheaply rather than using good quality materials. It’s unlikely that we will stay over again. The advertised hot tub has not been built. I felt a little disappointed so we left without trying the food and went to the Hoxton for lunch.

I have given this hotel so much business for the past few months by staying at least 3 days each month but not anymore!! Please don't get deceived by the complimentary drinks or games it's just one or two and you won't even have time to enjoy it especially if you're on holiday. new road hotel manages to charge their guest by taking away the deposit without informing them. I got charged for the price of new bottles of shampoo and soap despite staying three days (the bottles are half-empty). The room allocated to us was on a busy road thus, it was not a good experience for us as at night it would be so noisy and you would be woken up many times. Not to forget, their radiator has been broke for 3 months now (or even more) but every time I visit I would be told 'it's been down recently' No more of giving this hotel any business, the only reason I would stay there it's because of all the halal food nearby, but a hotel that values its profits more than its guests is a big no. Really don't bother with this hotel, it is not worth the price they ask for. If you guys have no choice but to stay in this ridiculous hotel (I really pity y'all) PLEASE, make sure you get your deposit money back!!!! The receptionist would ask you to just leave the cards on the desk and he would just wander somewhere but do not do just leave on the desk and leave the hotel! Make you he says "you will get your deposit back" and take the receipt that will state the hotel have given your 50 pounds back. IF NOT the hotel will just anyhow charge you, Please, 50 pounds is a lot and this hotel will look at any loopholes to gain the maximum profits.

Was a good experience from the start. Only thing was that I was told on the app that check-in time would be 2pm, but when I arrived it was 3pm. This was a small inconvenience but didn't matter as I was still able to leave my suitcase there. Room was a good size and bathroom was great. Would recommend!
