A convenient and cheap place to stay if you have work in Canary Wharf. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Staff fantastic! But could not check in early as not hot water in certain rooms Returned early evening to have a quiet drink and only Guinness on draught and Diet Coke as a mixer, so no drinks for us! Told that the place was closing down after our first night so we had to move to the new London docklands travelodge across the way. So rather than relax before getting ready for our show at the O2 in the evening we had to pack up and move. Very stressful stay. The only positive was the staff, they were calm, polite, professional and very well presented they really did their best to control the situation that was not their fault at all and I hope management reward them in some way.

Check in poor: a number of us had to wait to be reallocated a different room due to the hot water broken down in some parts of the hotel. Broken side light; no tv remote; no air conditioning. Cold breakfast!!

This hotel was permanently closing 2 days after our stay but we weren’t advised of that when we made the booking. The cleanliness, maintenance and staff apathy were indicative of a hotel long past it’s sell by date- unfortunately, none of the guests were made aware of this when booking so there was complete anarchy in the hotel. All complaints fell on deaf ears.

Hotel rooms were full of dust as the hotel no longer had any housekeepers in the hotel they had all gone to the new hotel. This one has seriously been neglected, not great when my husband has bad asthma, bathroom was dirty. Hotel in general is very run down. No drinks at the bar area as they had all been taken to the new hotel. No meals or snacks to be had. There was however full breakfast on the morning, so stuck in hotel on the night no drinks or food.

Disgusting is the only word I can use to describe this hotel. I have never in my life stayed anywhere like it. The carpet was stained. The bathroom was filthy. The room was noisy but too hot if you closed the window. It literally needs knocking down. Should not have taken my booking

Where do you start, the hotel smells of damp. Stained carpets. Sleeping with the window open you could not sleep because of the road noise, close the window and the room turned into a sauna so no sleep. The shower in the room was a disgrace, it was the first time ever we went home smelly. Breakfast had to be credited as there were no plates and no hot food, we were told numerous times that it was coming soon but we gave up after half an hour. I am so glad we only stopped one night. Book this hotel at your peril.

I’ve stayed in many travelodge as in the past and this is not one of the best ordered food waited over an hour then was refunded as was going to a concert so went hungry. 3/4 of drinks at the bar were unavailable. Bathroom needs updating sealant coming out looked mucky generally mucky rest of room fine although not really in room much

Practical and clean accommodations in central location. Pleasant staff. Easy to find.Good access to public transport and O2. Pleasant surroundings and amenities. Nice coffee shops and near to nice walks.
