Premier Inn London Paddington (Paddington Station)

The location was good because it was close to the train station and busses. London is very walkable. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The wifi was horrible. Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner was all in one. Expensive vending machines, go across the street to train station for supermarket instead.

The lotion is very convenient opposite at Paddington station. Near to airport and more different foods nearby.

Love love love the location! Stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. Spacious room, clean, and safe

Zero amenities except hair and body 2 in 1 shampoo and hand wash. No safe, no fridge, no room service phone. Stayed 5 nights. On the 1st night, bathtub is not cleaned n the bathtub sink hole has no cover so cannot use the bathtub. Can only be fixed next day. Room cleaning service was advised that it is only available only upon request one day ahead during check-in. When we requested on the the 2nd night, counter staff said to inform only next morning when we step out. Very confusing instructions. Every day only give one big bath towel despite 2 person in a double room. Have to request extra towel from counter everyday. Restaurant service staff was more warm and cheerful than the conceirge staff. Except for its close proximity to Paddington station, there’s no other favourable point.

The hotel location is superb, just right beside the railway station. Bakerloo line to city and Elizabeth line to Airport. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Very very good location. Room size is big as well, staff is friendly. Overall very good.
