Zedwell Capsule Hotel Piccadilly Circus

When you think of a capsule hotel, you might think of sleeping in a coffin. But, the hotel itself is really nice, clean and modern. Yes, the bed is small, but that's the only downside. There are plenty of showers available, and the staff is super helpful.

The place was amazing… although there was a fire alarm while we were there the staff was very professional and everyone (guests) were also very cooperative and left their pods accordingly… the toilets and shower were very clean… as a helpful tip… cleaners clean around 8am in the toilet so mind that sometimes there are cleaning products in the toilet or some stalls might not have been restocked yet. If you are visiting make sure you have a padlock so you can lock your Pod… the picture is with the post. Otherwise there is a vending machine in the premises to buy one

Was very new and modern. The capsules are large enough for one person and surprisingly don’t feel claustrophobic. There is a ventilation fan in each capsule so that it doesn’t get too hot when sleeping. Each pod has a three pin plug, USB and USB-C port, also a dimmable light and a large mirror.

The room is nice and tidy, the toilet and bathroom have bright lights which is very clear to anywhere. Everything is nice.

Great location very easy checking in and explanation in getting to our capsule was very clear. The toilets and showers were mostly clean and I did see cleaners in there through out the day. I took a lock with me for when I was not in the capsule and was happy to use it so we could leave our bags and feel secure. The bed was comfortable and clean and with plug socket and cable section a fan for circulation and light everything you need.

Great location, capsule was clean and tidy. Great value for money. Most of the showers had broken locks, which is an issue if you've got mixed bathrooms. Also the shower cubicles are on the small side which makse showering/changing difficult. Also the capsule can be very warm at night and the air con doesn't do much to help apart from create noise 🙃

Zedwell Capsule Hotel Piccadilly is centrally located in the heart of central London, close to all attractions, although the standards have slipped it needs a deep clean and my pod door was broken. No shower gel in showers.
