Superb location just in front of hyde park/kesington garden, and just a few minutes walking to the tube station queensway/bayswater, the room is a bit small but it was clean and had all the basic amenities, lovely staff very helpful, will definitely be back again ☺️

Staff were extremely helpful on the desk. Breakfast was good but I think they need another person to help with clearing tables and bring out food. Nice clean hotel and comfortable.

Nearby 2 underground stations. Just opposite Hyde Park.
Limited choice but definitely adequate for a simple breakfast.
Rooms are quite compact, not much space for us to open our luggages, but the air-conditioning and the shower water pressure works very well for us.
Pillows are too soft for us, need to use some towels to make it comfortable for us.

Our room is on ground floor, is noisy esp when we turn on the shower tap. It always stress us when bathing, it will start
vibrating creating very loud sound. The temperature is so hard to adjust. Room is pathetic small with no space to open the luggage. When checking out the staff actually told us we have an outstanding of $350 which we have already fully paid through Trip.com. Ridiculous hotel, will not stay again.

The stay was great. Very good location to all trains and underground. Next to Hyde park and museums. The stuff in the hotel were amazing nice. Especially a men name Caner which helped me and mom in every thing we needed - being kind, helpful and sweet to us. Would recommend to give him an upgrade in salary 😁
