President Hotel

The hotel was very clean & comfortable, easy to reach places as the tube station was just around the corner. Breakfast was good, a nice range of hot & cold foods. All staff were very polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It started well because they were able to fullfill my request for a birthday greeting card for my son and i really appreciate it. then here comes the problem; No aircon fine good thing its winter and they peovide Electricfan No heater… bed is moving carpets are damaged looks dirty toilett door has molds on the lower left side of the door (inside the toilette) STAFFS are not accomodating on the night that we checked-in. There are two females on duty specially the one who checked us in she has no manners at all. Didnt even smile we didn’t feel welcome and it felt like our arrival interrupted their chat chat siesta 😢 so she was like annoyed to us. We checked-in saturday evening. That false fire alarm made my son panicked and nervous.. The TV that i asked at the reception to please fix it.. its not connecting to the internet so i cant open the you tube or netflix.. Up to the day we left nobody came to fix it and every time i will go to the reception they will point fingers on who will need to be contacted for that matter. and the last person i talked to pass me to his supervisor.. i forgot the name of the supervisor but it is like tuesday night he said a technician will go to our room and check it. NO ONE came and not even a follow up on the situation no one asked me.. one day before we check out i passed by the reception and remind them again hoping that whole day someone will check our room unfortunately NO ONE bothered to check it.. So so diappointed! There is one guy at the reception its a sunday morning to whom i left a bag of food for my nephew to pick iup. He is so nice.. I dont now his name but i will put his picture here on the review.
