The location is good, with two Tube stations, Limehouse and Borough, within walking distance (about 20 minutes to Borough Bridge). It's also close to the HMS Belfast museum. The check-in experience was decent, considering it's a city-center hotel. The room was well-designed and compact. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking is £20 for 24 hours.

The location is good, close to train station and bus stop. The hotel room size vary depending on room number even tho you got the same room type. The hotel buffet breakfast is great, many variations and it’s delicious

Very nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet available, and when I needed to leave very early in the morning they provided me some cold food(croissants, muffins, oranges and hot coffee/chocolate). They also provide tooth brush/paste, shaving set, comb when asked at the reception. A couple of minor things: corridors are a bit hard to navigate for me, was not obvious which door leads to elevators, needed to read the signs after getting lost 😅. I am not sure but breakfast seems to be the same every day? On the second day of my stay eggs were not there, but the rest was the same, I guess. I loved the option that you can grab a cup of coffee/chocolate/tea with you to go after you finished your breakfast. Not sure about every room, but mine didn't have a refrigerator, but I remember in my other IHG hotel stay there was one. Also hearing is possible only via air conditioner, and the maximum temperature is regulated, as I understood. Otherwise very neet hotel, clean, friendly.

You can tell the hotel seems to have been renovated, but getting a good room is a bit of luck. It's worth considering for friends staying short-term in East London. For longer stays, I'd suggest somewhere more convenient, as the rooms are a bit small.
