Fantastic location for what was needed for our short visit , staff were friendly at the reception and the house keeping staff. Overall the room was clean and modern looking, however what was a disappointment was that the bed was very poor in my experience for hotels as it had a strange hard mattress which they fitted with two bed toppers to compensate I guess. (See pic below)
Also the pillows were uncomfortable for me, because of synthetic style pillows. I find they get hot very quickly and one wasn’t an enough or two was to much as all the inside part goes to the side.
Only two pillows provided, with additional spare pillow in a bag with no pillow case which I had to ask for and no hand towels which I thought was strange.
Overall I would I recommend the hotel if you don’t mind what I mention about the sleeping side.

the breakfast is good. The room is clean and I love the wood floor and I have a comfort and quiet stay. Friendly and lovely hotel and I would definitely visit again

The place is highly dilapidated, albeit established at a convenient location and staffed by friendly receptionists.

Wr arrived at 13.50 to see if we could drop bags off,after 5 muns of them not finding my booking we were told we could check in straight away as there was rooms ready! Result,the foyer was spotlessly clean and great decor and furnishings. 3 lifts and very quick to arrive. Room was plenty for a night stay, and wet room was huge. Only downside was needing more teabags and milk but we asked in morning and giving more. Great food menu though we did not eat as already had plans. Highly recommend.

Located near Southwark underground. Just 3 min walk. It is also near to Waterloo Station, which is 5 min walk. Strategic location.

Quiet and clean overall. Good value for money, very near underground station Southwark and just few minute walk from Waterloo station. It’s within walking distance from London Eye, London Bridge etc.
