For a Hilton, this hotel is quite disappointing. The hallway floors are carpet, smelt very strange the moment I entered my floor. The hotel really needs some renovation. Unpleasant smell coming from my bathroom so I had to make sure the toilet door was closed. Lovely modern reception though, and good location. Overall takes about 30 min to get to the city. Personally wouldn’t return

Great hotel, good service, good breakfast. Close to the Tower of London and the view to the Tower bridge. Only downside is the room is a bit small.

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. You got warm cookies on checkin and there were a few small baked treats in the room. The bed was also really comfortable

Seamless check in and check out. The hotel itself was clean, tidy and staff were informative at any point of the day.
The bedroom (we stayed in a queen room) was spacious and offered amenities such as tea and coffee, iron and ironing board.
The hotel was located next to Tower Hill tube station, and offered plenty of places to eat and drink surrounding the hotel.
A little gem, the hotel has a roof top bar, this was a lively surprise.

It is a close proximity to the station and various popular tourist attractions. On-site staff are friendly and room is adequately sized for a twin room. Nice view from their own bar - Savage Garden

Hilton has been a preferred choice of hotel, but it's my first time checking into Doubletree Hilton, and the expectation mustn't be high. I requested a high floor room with a good heater, but I was given a level 3 instead, and the heater control is rather old school. I wasn't given the toiletries when I stepped into the room and when I asked for it, housekeeping just provided me some items but they are unable to give me the toothbrush kit cause I'm staying in a deluxe room which is the lowest tier. Then the towel and the linen has some stench smell like it hasn't been washed properly. Lucky I was there for 2 nights only.
The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations, and tower Bridge is within walking distance.
Not cheap for the stay but I'm still pleased with the counter stuff being nice. Still give it a 3.5 to 4 for location and service.

Nearby tower hill station and also can take underground from Euston square (walked by 3min from Euston station). If you have much free time can stay a little far from train station. Hilton members all good service!
