I love going to the lounge bar here. I highly recommend. It's a lovely place to stop for snacks and a drink when nearby.
Dishes are good but too salty for my taste
room are 5 star quality that's ok.

On the second night of the stay, people were in the room, and suddenly a staff member swiped the card to open the door, but I buckled the lock, so I didn't succeed in coming in. There weren't any knocks on the door before that, it was the four seasons. Then he said that the curtains were broken when cleaning and sanitation that day. But that's not an excuse to swipe your card to get in at night without knocking on the door. In terms of hygiene, I developed eczema after using the bathtub once, and found that the edge of the bathtub was full of slippery and sticky unknown liquid that night. Wonderful stay, staff extremely helpful and friendly without being too helpful;-) Great food during breakfast, elegant setting, beautiful flowers at reception. Concierges was /were very dedicated, sometime with a nice joke. Marco at the restaurant very very dedicated. After our visit to Abba Voyage the staff surprised us by 4 lovely cupcakes at our room. Only negative point i can think of is that all items at the minibar are not included. Must be easy to have some softdrinks and small snacks included in roomprice?

Visited today, £14 for a kids drink and £25 for an adult cocktail, sat in the terrace and noticed mice running around. Not what you expect for a five star hotel. Felt dirty and itchy, just quickly wanted to leave. Upon paying noticed one of the mice on the chair I was just sitting on. Waiter said “oh well, we are close to hyde park” extremely dissapointed and wont be back. Could have been sitting on micre droppings and we had children that found it repulsive. Oh and the massive square ice cube is cute but not impressive, it just waters the cocktail down super quick. Felt like I was drinking water.

We have stayed at some of the nicest hotels around the world, and this one is our top choice. Incredible food, beautiful property, and amazing staff. Expensive but worth it! We loved the following staff… Check-in: Ariana Drivers: Benny and Yuri Pavyylon: the two gentlemen from Sicily and the wonderful lady from Greece as well as Jurijs in the morning

From the moment you are greeted by the bell staff, you feel like you are in good hands. The staff was so attentive and interested in making our stay memorable. The Concierge team helped us with transportation and other reservations even before our arrival. The front desk check-in was efficient. The Pavyillon and Bar Antoine teams are gracious top notch professionals. Chef Nicholas Bussi prepared us a delicious breakfast each morning and Conner made the tasting menu experience truly memorable for dinner. The Bar Antoine was a perfect place for a night cap, after a long day experiencing London, with delish craft cocktails and small bites. While we’re traveling for pleasure, this is a great place for a business breakfast or cocktails and dinner.
