I'm a very frequent traveller.
This hotel is a scam.
It's listed as 5 star and it doesn't even qualify as 3 star.
There is no person to take your luggage up to the room when you arrive and when you decide to check out.
The rooms are tiny and barley can fit your suitcase when it is open.
The bathroom basins are blocked and i was told that they just need time to drain.
The hotel in general smells.
Do NOT book, unless you want a really unpleasant stay. As the 5 stars is false advertising.

The location is good, around 10 min walk to Paddington train station, so around 30 min to the Heathrow airport.
The hotel is very small, small room, small corridor. No wonder the price is a bit cheaper. doesn't seem to be 4 stars hotel.

Friendly welcoming staff. Room well equipped and lovely complimentary drinks available. The bed was super comfy and the shower powerful and hot.
Unfortunately, the room was very cold. At night we asked how the heating worked - it was -5c the night we stayed and apparently it is controlled from the reception. They did turn it on but it never got really warm.
When I woke up it was freezing in the room and the vents were blowing cold air. I had to contact reception to have the heating turned on, which didn’t work very well. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely, but very uncomfortable in winter to have a room so cold.

Arrived at 12.30, room wasn’t ready but they fixed me up with a room within 40 minutes and had an upgraded room which was really nice, comfortable and quiet. Convenient location, close to Paddington.
