We took the yellow line of the subway from the Kensington area of London and got off at Blackfriars Station. When we stepped out of the subway and looked up, we saw the hotel sign. We walked across the bridge and it was on the south bank of the Thames. It was already evening when we arrived and we couldn't see it. What a view, at breakfast the next day, wow! The scenery is so beautiful, the hotel environment is quiet, there is a larger Chinese supermarket not far from the main entrance, and the transportation is relatively convenient! Especially their front desk, who was very patient, polite and courteous in answering all our questions. In particular, there was a lobby manager who looked at Asian faces and took the initiative to help us solve the problem of eating (because we were looking for a Chinese restaurant). She gave us suggestions and said that if we have any questions, go to her, although she is fluent in Chinese (later I found out that she is Vietnamese) Dante was proactive and enthusiastic, which made us feel warm!

The Hotel is very well located and in a very good area. There are metro stops nearby and the area is very new, beautiful, not crowded and clean. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is very good and the dining room is very nice with views of the river. The rooms and interior of the hotel are also very good, we really liked it. My only objection would be that the pillows are too soft but that is a personal opinion. The treatment was unbeatable, they have umbrellas in case it rains and everyone is very friendly.

The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very basic, the front desk is friendly but unprofessional and unfamiliar with the process, since my two orders are separate, they thought I didn't show up the next day and fined me, the front desk staff didn't know how to solve it. Not worth the price, suggest going to Curio Collection in East London.

The hotel room is rated at 90 points in Europe. It is big enough and very clean. The bathroom we stayed in is also big enough, but it does not have a bathtub, which is not good enough. The decoration style is different. I stayed here for 5 nights. It was not a river-view room. It was cleaned every day. It was relatively new. The transportation is convenient.
