Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

This hotel is truly excellent, especially for its price point. The location is superb, and the hotel itself feels very high-quality. I highly recommend it. I stayed here twice during the Chinese New Year period, each time for 4 days. It's much better than other hotels I've stayed at in the UK for the same price. The location is central to many attractions; there's a park right outside, Soho is to the left, Big Ben and that area are to the south, and to the right are Hyde Park, Harrods, and the Natural History Museum – most are within a kilometer or two, super convenient. The quality inside the hotel is also excellent, which is even more important.

The hotel staff were very patient in communicating with us despite our English communication difficulties, and the security guards were also very professional. A very good, long-established hotel.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, and the rooms and services are great! The only surprise was that when I checked out, I found that the hotel charged an extra room cleaning fee of more than 12 pounds per day.
